  • I have many years of experience working with a broad range of people from the young to the old and from the sedentary to the athletic and have been a fully-certified fitness coach and sports therapy professional since 2007.

  •  With a passion for exercise, outdoor activities and nutrition, I also love to cook, so you can expect to receive a program that is targeted to your level, with progressive overload and combined with tailored nutritional advice making it challenging and effective to help you achieve your goals .

  • Programs are also designed to increase both flexibility and strength incorporating movements and exercises designed to improve your posture, which reduces aches and pains.
